4. Independent Contractors & Data Sharing
PoolFlo operates as a marketplace platform. Service providers are independent contractors, not employees of PoolFlo.
To facilitate services, we share relevant customer information with contractors, including:

Service details
Photos
Property access instructions (e.g., gate codes, pets)
Contractors are contractually required to use this information only to perform services and are prohibited from using it for unrelated purposes.
5. AI-Powered Photo Analysis
Photos you upload are analyzed using artificial intelligence tools, including services provided by Anthropic (Claude AI), to:
Assess pool condition
Generate quotes
Improve pricing accuracy
Enhance platform performance
By submitting photos, you:
Consent to AI-based analysis
Acknowledge that images may be stored and used to improve our systems
Understand that photos may be shared with contractors to perform services
We do not use your photos for unrelated commercial purposes outside of improving our platform and services.

PoolFlo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or ongoing validity of background check results
Background checks are conducted at a specific point in time and may not reflect future behavior
The presence or absence of a background check does not constitute a guarantee of safety
Customers are responsible for exercising their own judgment when selecting and allowing access to their property.
